Yes!, We are accepting new patients.
New patient appointments are usually available within 2 business days, provided insurance is active and verified. Please call us for the most up to date availability.
We do offer same-day appointments for urgent needs, based on availability and insurance verification. Usually, PPO and POS plans can be seen the same day since they do not need an assigned PCP. However, HMO and marketplace policies likely need more time for verification. Please call early in the day to check availability.
Yes, we do see cash pay patients. The visit will be $120 which includes your consult with Dr. Kumar, a review of your medical history, physical examination, and treatment plan. Lab tests or procedures may have separate charges
Please call for pricing, as it depends on the medication/ treatment plan recommended by the doctor. prescribed.
We use a secure patient portal through ELATION PASSPORT to manage your health records which can be used for secure communication to relay important messages, appointment/refill requests, and lab/test results
Log into your patient portal and request results through our messages. Go to the “Lab Results” section and if you have trouble logging in, call our front desk for help. As a reminder, Dr. Kumar needs to review your results prior to us giving you access
For privacy/HIPA compliance, results are shared through our secure patient portal (Elation Passport). Email may be used if you provide written consent. Text messaging is not available for sharing medical results
Please contact our billing department at 866-951-0158 for details about your account, copays, or balances.
Dr. Kumar speaks a little Spanish, but we have staff that speak Spanish fluently.
Unfortunately, we do not provide transportation for patients
Please confirm Dr. Kumar is your assigned pcp before scheduling an appointment. Changing your pcp may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect on both the insurance portal and our EMR System, please give us a call to verify.
Referrals are typically processed within 5-10 business days, but depending on your insurance carrier, that time can vary.
Prescription refills are usually processed within 24-72 hours, depending on provider approval and pharmacy coordination.
